According to Proverbs 19:12, “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”
Our senses and other people may fail us, but God will never fail us. We can stand on His Word, because what He has promised, He is faithful to fulfill. Our greatest assurance is that God knows all things and His purpose will not be thwarted.
