Genesis 1:27 says,

“So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.”

This tells me three things.

God created us.
God created us in His image.
God created us in His image – male and female.

What then are the implications?

Because God created us, I’m am not an accident.  Because of this, I know that I have been designed for a purpose.

The Bible says that God’s thoughts for us outnumber the sand in the seashore and that every day has been written in His book.

Thus, I can be assured that I am special.

Guys, no need to get significance from achievements, your work, the car you drive, the lady you are dating as of this moment.

Ladies, you know that because you were designed for a purpose, you don’t have to seek for your acceptance nor security from one guy.

What Jerry Mcguire (Tom Cruise) told Dorothy Dorothy Boyd (Renée Zellweger) has been the biggest lie of this generation.

“You complete me.”

One big fat lie…

One person cannot complete you.  Two incomplete people can never complete one another.

Only a complete person/Being can only complete an incomplete person.

God says, “I am that I am.”

What that means is that ‘whoever you need me to be, I am that for you – Provider, Deliverer, Healer, Rescuer, Father, your All in All.’
