* Excellent worship services

* Phenomenal special events i.e. International Night

* A lot of the administrative stuff that goes on

* Volunteer Management – oversees our different ministry volunteers

* Even organizes surprise birthday parties (not really a part of her job anymore but she enjoys doing it)

She is such a valuable asset to our team, who happily does what she does behind the scenes. She actually is the backbone of Victory Fort.

That is the value of team ministry. Everyone has a role and each has a part to play. There’s not one who can do it all by himself.

Not even Lebron James… who needs his whole team to step up in time for Game 4.

Eph. 4:16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Thought I’ve learned this lesson many years ago, I still need to keep learning it…

Conflict doesn’t just go away when we ignore it. Unfortunately sometimes, when left unaddressed, it even gets worse.

A couple of days ago, I had to sit down with a few people to work on a specific situation. No biggie. But it was snowballing and unless it was confronted, things will get out of hand.

That awesome part was that everyone had a great heart. That’s a big plus when dealing with conflict. Both wanted to honor God in their lives and in this particular situation and decided to resolve the issue. It ended with the situation getting fixed.

Another lesson re-learned… We can’t wish conflict away. There’s no other way but to confront lovingly and truthfully in the hopes that God by the Holy Spirit will step in to soften hearts and allow us to understand the situation for what it really is.
